Delivery & returns
Delivery is available throughout South Africa. Your applicable charge is displayed at checkout before payment.
How delivery works
1. Checkout
Enter the full South African delivery address and any useful delivery note.
2. Payment
Review the delivery fee and complete secure payment through PayFast.
3. Fulfilment
We prepare the order, book the parcel and send the tracking information.
Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch and may vary for public holidays and remote routes. The complete charge is shown before payment.
Common questions
- When will my order be dispatched?
- Orders are ordinarily prepared within two working days. Collection and tracking information follow once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
- How is delivery charged?
- The delivery charge configured by Tuck Packaging™ is calculated by the checkout and shown clearly before you proceed to PayFast. If a free-delivery threshold has been configured and your basket qualifies, checkout applies it automatically.
- How do I pay?
- Payment is completed securely on PayFast’s own pages. Tuck Packaging™ does not receive or store your full card or banking credentials.
- Will I be able to track my delivery?
- Yes. Once your paid order has been packed and the shipment is booked, tracking information will be sent to the contact details supplied at checkout.
- Does someone need to receive it?
- A courier may require a signature, so please provide an address where someone can receive the parcel during working hours.
- Can I return packaging if it is the wrong fit?
- Standard, unused products can be considered under our Returns Policy. Return shipping is normally for your account unless the item arrived incorrect, damaged or defective.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
- Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy under our Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.
- Do you ship outside South Africa?
- Not at launch. The store currently accepts delivery addresses within South Africa only.
