Terms & conditions

The terms that apply when you use this site and when we confirm an order with you.

Last updated 12 October 2026

1. Application and acceptance

These terms govern use of the Tuck Packaging™ website and all orders placed through it. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of contracting and that the information you provide is complete and accurate.

2. Product information and concept imagery

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images may be presentation or concept imagery and colours can vary by screen. Where dimensions, materials, fit or capacities are marked as unconfirmed, please contact us before relying on them for a production run.

Containers are supplied empty unless expressly stated otherwise. You remain responsible for product compatibility, filling, labelling, regulatory compliance and suitability for your intended contents.

3. Prices, availability and orders

Prices are displayed in South African rand. Delivery is added before payment unless the order qualifies for a published free-delivery offer. A submitted order is an offer to purchase and becomes binding when payment is confirmed and we accept the order.

If an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced or cannot reasonably be supplied, we may cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by PayFast on its secure platform. An order is treated as paid only after PayFast confirms the transaction to our server. A browser return page or payment screenshot is not final proof of settlement.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within South Africa. Timeframes are estimates from dispatch and can be affected by remote routes, courier delays, public holidays, incorrect addresses and events beyond our reasonable control. Risk passes on delivery to the address supplied, subject to applicable consumer law.

6. Returns, defects and refunds

Returns, cooling-off rights and defective goods are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Nothing in these terms excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The Tuck Packaging™ name, visual identity, site design, text and original graphics may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its security or operation.

8. Liability and general provisions

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected goods, except where a greater remedy is required by law.

South African law governs these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Notices and questions may be sent to the contact details published on this website.
